Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the nustr platform. By registering an account or accessing any services on nustr, you agree to be legally bound by everything set out below.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the nustr Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements for online casino gaming in the Philippines. nustr operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If nustr reasonably suspects that a registered Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending identity verification, and any funds in the account will be frozen until the matter is resolved.
2.2 Jurisdiction. Players must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering on the nustr Platform. nustr makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the nustr Platform. The creation of duplicate, linked, or associated accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, device, household, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. nustr reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate balances held therein without prior notice.
2.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update their account information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.5 KYC Verification. nustr is required by PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify Player identities before processing withdrawals. Players must provide valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license) and may be required to provide additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending document submission.
3.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their nustr account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nustr will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
3.2 Players must notify nustr's customer support immediately at [email protected] upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to their Account. nustr cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to keep credentials confidential, except where nustr's own negligence is the direct cause of the security breach.
3.3 nustr employs 256-bit TLS encryption across all data transmission between Players' devices and nustr's servers. However, no digital security system is infallible. Players are advised to use strong, unique passwords, enable two-factor authentication, and avoid accessing their nustr Account on public or shared devices.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the nustr Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). nustr does not accept or disburse foreign currency. Players depositing from overseas payment sources bear any conversion costs imposed by their payment provider.
4.2 Accepted Methods. nustr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other payment methods listed in the nustr Platform's Cashier section from time to time. Accepted methods may be updated at nustr's discretion.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to the Player's nustr wallet within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business hours. nustr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawals. Players may request withdrawals to their verified payment method at any time. nustr targets withdrawal processing within four (4) to twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified accounts. nustr reserves the right to conduct enhanced checks on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods other than those linked to the Player's verified Account.
4.5 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the nustr Platform's Cashier section and may be updated from time to time. nustr reserves the right to impose enhanced due diligence for single transactions above PHP 500,000.
5.1 nustr offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, subject to individual promotion terms. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, minimum odds, and expiry dates for each promotion are stated in the applicable promotion terms available on the nustr Platform.
5.3 nustr reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if nustr determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has exploited a bonus offer, abused a promotional mechanism, or engaged in coordinated bonus-targeting activity across multiple accounts.
6.1 All games on the nustr Platform operate according to their published rules. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before placing bets. nustr provides access to game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) information within each game interface.
6.2 All random number generator (RNG)-based game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software tested by independent third-party auditors. nustr does not manipulate game outcomes after bets are placed.
6.3 nustr reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical malfunction, software error, or data corruption has produced an outcome that does not reflect the intended game mechanics. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to Players.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nustr Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the nustr Platform — including but not limited to the nustr brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of nustr or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the nustr Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No Player may reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any nustr content without prior written consent.
9.1 nustr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods available within their Account settings. These tools are designed to support healthy gambling habits and are available to all registered Players at no cost.
9.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted through the nustr Platform or to nustr support will be honored within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, nustr will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player and will decline any login attempts. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
9.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to seek assistance and to visit the nustr Responsible Gaming page for guidance, self-assessment tools, and support references relevant to the Philippines.
10.1 The nustr Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 nustr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the nustr Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunity, loss of profits, or data loss, even where nustr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits nustr's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by nustr's negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
nustr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the nustr Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to amended Terms must close their Account before the effective date.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by nustr's customer support escalation process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution process where applicable.
12.3 For all regulatory and compliance matters, nustr is subject to the oversight of PAGCOR, Office of the President, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines.

nustr operates under a valid PAGCOR license. These Terms are designed to comply with PAGCOR's player protection standards — meaning your rights as a Filipino player are backed by a government regulator, not just a private operator's promise.
Your deposits are held in segregated accounts separate from nustr's operating capital. The Terms formalise nustr's obligation to protect your PHP balance — it cannot be used to settle nustr's own debts or operational expenses.
The 21+ age restriction and KYC requirements aren't just PAGCOR formalities — they protect the integrity of the platform for everyone. These provisions ensure that only eligible, verified adults are participating in real-money gaming on nustr.
nustr's Terms require all bonus conditions — wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates — to be clearly stated per promotion. No hidden requirements that make bonuses appear more valuable than they are.
These Terms legally bind nustr to honour self-exclusion requests, deposit limits, and responsible gaming tools. It's not just a feature — nustr is contractually required to activate and respect the limits you set on your own account.
nustr's Terms are governed by Philippine law. In the event of a dispute, you have recourse through Philippine courts and PAGCOR's regulatory dispute process — not a foreign arbitration body operating under a different jurisdiction's rules.
